Traditional bedbug detection methods can be very time-consuming and labor intensive. Certified Bedbug Dogs generate quicker and more accurate results. For example, the bedbug canine can search the average hotel room in less than two minutes.

Meet Pipit!  Any dog can be trained to be a bed bug hunter. Most people immediately notice that Pipit is not a beagle. She was rescued at a local animal shelter and given a new lease on life and a job! She was trained at FSIK9 Academy. Her motivation is food. If she finds bed bugs in your house/apartment/office etc.. then she gets food.

Melissa Schmidt is Pipit’s handler. She has been working with animals throughout her life and has recently added bed bug dog handler to her list of accomplishments.

Together we will come to your home/office/theater/apartment building/dormitory or wherever there are people for bed bugs to feed on and inspect the premises for bed bug activity. A full report on our inspection and findings will be left for you as well as referrals to pest control companies that can help you resolve your bed bug problem if we find that you have one.
